Description

The Redarc BCDC1220 DC/DC 12V 20A Multi Stage battery charging system is designed to charge your auxiliary/house batteries, from your vehicle, to their optimum levels.

The BCDC1220 will operate from a wide operating range (9 – 32V) making it suitable for installations where voltage drop is an issue, as well as giving the option of charging from both 12V and 24V vehicle systems.

The BCDC1220 features multi stage charging profiles specific to the chemistry of the battery under charge, allowing you to charge an auxiliary battery that is of different chemical characteristics to that of the source battery. The unit will act as a dual battery isolator and protect the start battery, should the voltage get too low.

The BCDC1220 is compact in size, easy to install and is fully sealed making it suitable for installation in harsh environments or marine applications.

The BCDC1240-LV is a 12V 40A In-vehicle Battery Charger featuring technology designed to charge your batteries to 100%, regardless of their type or size. By providing a unique charging profile to each specific battery type, the BCDC1240-LV In-Vehicle Battery Charger is able to achieve and maintain an optimal charge in your auxiliary battery, at all times. It is designed to operate with variable voltage alternators.

The BCDC1240-LV In-vehicle Battery Charger also features a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) solar regulator, allowing you to deliver the maximum amount of power from your solar panels to your auxiliary battery.

Description

The Smart Start® SBI is a microprocessor-controlled battery isolator designed for use in multi-battery applications as a solenoid priority system, protecting the start battery from excessive discharge, whilst allowing the auxiliary battery to supply non-essential loads. The Redarc Smart Start® is designed primarily for use in 4WD and commercial vehicles and is available in four models; 12V DC or 24V DC incorporating 100A or 200A continuous ratings.
